你的自托管Windows代理未将Git自带的bash路径C:\Program Files\Git\bin加入环境变量PATH，导致Azure Pipelines执行bash任务时找不到可执行文件。

你添加的PowerShell任务存在两处问题：

1. 用$(PATH)获取环境变量的方式错误，PowerShell中应使用$env:PATH来读取当前PATH值
2. 设置变量时未确保修改对后续任务生效，且逻辑上冗余了系统PATH的拼接操作

正确修复方案 #

在BuildAndTest作业的bash任务之前添加如下PowerShell任务，将Git的bin目录追加到PATH，确保后续任务能识别bash：

额外注意事项 #

1. 如果你的代理安装的是32位Git，路径需改为C:\Program Files (x86)\Git\bin
2. 该任务必须放在bash任务之前，否则bash执行时PATH还未更新
3. 路径检查逻辑可以提前发现Git未安装的问题，避免后续任务无意义失败
