不行，在Shopify GraphQL API的productVariantsBulkCreate接口中，无法像REST API那样跳过库存位置ID直接设置可用库存数量。

核心原因在于GraphQL的库存管理逻辑和REST存在差异：

当创建需要跟踪库存的变体时，必须通过inventoryQuantities字段明确指定库存位置及对应数量，而这个字段的使用依赖read_locations和read_inventory权限。
Shopify GraphQL不会像REST API那样自动关联店铺默认位置并填充库存，所有库存相关配置都需要显式声明。

如果要实现为每个变体设置999的可用库存，你需要修改变体输入参数，添加inventoryQuantities数组，示例如下：
