1. 修正行类型错误 #

你代码里误用了DataGridRow，WinForms中DataGridView的行类型是**DataGridViewRow**，这是触发错误的核心原因，把循环里的行类型替换成DataGridViewRow即可。

2. 修复拼写错误 #

代码里row.Cells["name"].Valu?.ToString()中的Valu少了一个字母e，应该改为Value。
