Excel依赖下拉列表：数据验证及VBA函数调用报错问题

• 尝试将长IF公式粘贴到Excel数据验证源时操作失败，编写VBA自定义函数InstallationType后，在数据验证源中调用该函数持续报错：A named range you specified cannot be found

原因分析 #

1. 数据验证无法直接将自定义函数返回的字符串解析为命名区域引用
2. 原IF公式直接用于数据验证时，因嵌套逻辑或跨表引用规则限制失效

方法1：用INDIRECT函数解析原IF公式 #

数据验证选择「序列」类型，来源中用INDIRECT包裹原IF公式，直接解析命名区域：

• 命名区域需为工作簿级，若为工作表级需加前缀（如Sheet2!I1）

方法2：修改VBA函数返回区域对象 #

将函数返回类型改为Range，直接返回对应命名区域，数据验证可直接引用：
