调用Microsoft.DomainRegistration/generateSsoRequest遇404，无法完成Cloudflare托管Azure域名配置

原本预期代码能成功生成SSO请求，实际收到的错误如下：

Invoke-WebRequest: Response status code does not indicate success: 404 (Not Found).

我已经验证过连接的Azure账号和订阅都是正确的，使用的也是最新的API版本（2023-01-01），但无论在本地还是Cloud Shell中都出现同样的错误。目前不确定是端点路径有误，还是需要额外的权限或配置才能发起该请求。
