使用C++Builder TService创建的Windows服务启动失败（错误1053）

使用C++Builder的TService类创建Windows服务后，启动出现异常：

• 命令行执行sc start MyService无报错，但服务始终卡在starting状态，无法切换至running
• 服务启动过程中，ServiceStart()函数记录错误：

The service process could not connect to the service controller

• 在系统「服务」窗口启动时，弹出错误：

Windows could not start the Folder Backup Service on Local Computer.
Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control signal in a timely manner.

已尝试将启停逻辑改为线程实现，甚至注释掉OnStart和OnStop事件中的所有代码，问题仍然存在。
