Mac Studio M2下Stability Matrix安装ComfyUi时virtualenv报错求助

• 操作背景：不会使用命令行，安装ComfyUI失败后改用Stability Matrix，执行「添加包」时触发错误
• 错误提示：

• 已尝试操作：手动运行命令python3 -m pip install --user virtualenv，系统返回virtualenv已安装：

解决步骤 #

1. 修正pip索引源 #

错误根源是pip只从PyTorch的CPU镜像源查找包，而这个源没有virtualenv。执行以下步骤改回官方源：

• 打开「终端」（Launchpad→其他→终端）
• 复制粘贴下面的命令，按回车：

  python3 -m pip config set global.index-url https://pypi.org/simple/
  

2. 确认Stability Matrix的Python路径 #

• 打开Stability Matrix，点击右上角齿轮图标进入设置
• 找到「Python路径」选项，检查是否指向你安装virtualenv的Python版本（路径应该是/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/3.12/bin/python3）
• 如果不是，点击「浏览」手动选择这个路径

3. 重新尝试安装 #

• 关闭Stability Matrix后重新打开
• 再次执行「添加包」，选择ComfyUI进行安装

备选方案：使用Stability Matrix内置Python #

如果上面的步骤都不行，直接让软件自己管理环境：

• 在Stability Matrix设置里，勾选「使用内置Python」选项
• 重启软件后重新安装ComfyUI，软件会自动下载适配的Python和所有依赖包
