APS Viewer中Section Box作为范围框：如何仅操作框内元素？

Section Box默认仅做视觉裁剪，不会自动限制元素选择范围，需通过代码逻辑实现框内元素的精准选择与隔离：

1. 判断元素是否在Section Box内 #

先实现一个工具函数，用于检查单个元素的边界是否完全处于Section Box中（若需允许部分重叠，可将containsBox改为intersectsBox）：
