如何在.NET MAUI Windows应用关闭时弹出二次确认对话框？

1. 平台限定：用#if WINDOWS包裹代码，确保只在Windows平台执行，不影响其他平台的编译和运行。
2. 延迟获取原生窗口：窗口的Handler在创建初期可能未初始化完成，所以在Loaded事件中获取原生WinUI窗口实例更可靠。
3. 拦截关闭行为：通过closingArgs.Cancel = true取消系统默认的关闭流程。
4. 异步确认对话框：弹出MAUI的跨平台DisplayAlert，等待用户选择；如果用户确认关闭，调用Application.Current.Quit()主动退出应用，否则窗口保持打开状态。
