VSCode无法识别Python非顶级导入的问题求解

问题场景 #

我在VSCode（SSH远程连接模式）的Python文件中编写了以下代码：

出现Pylance报错：

Import "tensorflow.keras.models" could not be resolved Pylance (reportMissingImports)

已确认TensorFlow安装正确，VSCode使用的是正确的Python解释器，推测问题出在Pylance无法处理嵌套导入。

已尝试的配置与操作 #

1. 配置了python.analysis.packageIndexDepths：

   • 在文件顶部添加# pyright: strict并执行pip install types-tensorflow，部分问题解决：from tensorflow.keras.optimizers import Adam的错误修复，但from tensorflow.keras.models import Sequential报错变为：

     Import "tensorflow.keras.models" could not be resolved from source Pylance (reportMissingModuleSource)

   • from sklearn.utils import resample报错变为：

     Import "sklearn.utils" could not be resolved from source Pylance (reportMissingModuleSource)
     Type of "resample" is partially unknown

   • 执行pip install scikit-learn修复了“无法从源解析”的问题，但“类型部分未知”的问题仍存在。

解决方案 #

针对TensorFlow嵌套导入问题 #

1. 检查TensorFlow安装结构：部分环境中tensorflow.keras为独立包，可单独安装Keras：

   pip install keras
   

2. 补充Pylance索引配置：在python.analysis.packageIndexDepths中添加keras的索引规则，确保覆盖到子模块：

3. 强制重启语言服务器：按下Ctrl+Shift+P（Windows/Linux）或Cmd+Shift+P（Mac），执行Python: Restart Language Server命令，触发Pylance重新索引。

针对sklearn resample类型提示问题 #

1. 安装scikit-learn的官方类型定义包：

   pip install types-scikit-learn
   

2. 若仍有提示问题，可按需调整：
   • 在resample使用行上方添加# type: ignore临时屏蔽单条提示；
   • 在VSCode设置中降低该类型检查的级别：

     "python.analysis.reportUnknownVariableType": "none"
     

通用排查步骤 #

• 确认远程环境Python解释器路径正确：点击VSCode左下角的Python版本标识，选择远程环境对应的解释器；
• 清理Pylance缓存：删除远程项目目录下的.vscode/.pyright文件夹，再重启语言服务器。
