Visual Studio (64-bit) V17.11.5（.NET V4.8.09032）100%缩放异常问题

Environment #

• Windows 11 Home
• 4K display (3840 x 2160), system scaling set to 150%
• Visual Studio (unsure if this issue is specific to the latest version)

Issue Details #

1. Launch Visual Studio by clicking a .sln file, with the Form (Design) interface not showing initially
2. Open the Form editor, then click "Restart VS at 100% scaling"
3. After restart, the solution is marked as "invalid"

In contrast, if the Form (Design) interface is already visible when launching VS, performing the same "Restart VS at 100% scaling" action loads the solution normally.

Question #

Has any other user been able to reproduce this issue?

Temporary Workaround #

Keep the Form (Design) interface visible when closing Visual Studio.
