使用APS Data Management API调用Get Hubs API遇403权限问题，请求协助

我需要下载项目内文件，执行了以下操作：

• 在APS控制台创建Web应用程序
• 使用clientId和clientSecret生成authtoken
• 通过网页重定向用户获取其对data:read API的授权，生成授权码
• 使用Basic认证token（步骤2生成）和授权码（步骤3生成）成功生成3-legged token
• 调用Get Hubs API时，收到You don't have permission to access this API错误
