1. 手动注册外部Bean并强制依赖顺序

如果外部库的Bean是通过自动配置类注册的，先排除它的自动配置，再手动注册Bean并通过@DependsOn强制依赖Spring内置的environment Bean（确保环境就绪后再初始化外部Bean）：
