.NET MAUI页面继承报错：如何让PartsBuyDetail继承NewBasePage？

问题场景 #

开发家庭维护追踪应用时，因4个页面结构高度相似，创建NewBasePage作为基页供5个子页面继承。测试子类PartsBuyDetail时无法编译：访问基页的TitleLabel等控件触发CS0122错误，提示控件因访问权限无法访问；尝试手动在基页声明这些控件的属性时，又出现36个重复定义的歧义错误。

错误原因 #

1. 默认访问权限限制：XAML中通过x:Name定义的控件，编译器自动生成的字段默认是private修饰符，子类无法直接访问。
2. 重复定义冲突：手动在基页代码中声明同名的protected属性时，会和编译器自动生成的private字段重名，导致歧义错误。

解决方案 #

通过x:FieldModifier属性修改XAML中控件的访问修饰符为protected，让子类可以直接访问基页控件，同时避免手动声明属性带来的冲突。
