我在Windows Server 2016上安装了路由和远程访问角色，打算把它用作VPN和NAT服务器。我的实验环境是这样的：服务器和主机之间能够正常ping通，测试账号是在服务器本地创建的，并且已经允许该账号进行远程访问，相关的服务也都处于正常运行状态（对应截图展示了拓扑环境）。

但当我尝试连接VPN网关时，却弹出了如下错误提示：

The remote connection was not made because the attempted VPN tunnels failed

一开始我怀疑是防火墙的问题，就把服务器和主机两端的防火墙都关闭了，但问题依然没有解决。之后我在服务器管理器里发现了这条关键的事件日志：

"Failed to apply IP Security on port VPN3-74 because of error: A certificate could not be found. Connections that use the L2TP protocol over IPSec require the installation of a machine certificate, also known as a computer certificate.. No calls will be accepted to this port."

我是严格跟着教程一步步配置的，但教程里完全没有提到需要安装证书，所以看到这个错误我特别困惑。现在我卡在这儿不知道该怎么推进了，能不能请各位大佬帮忙解决这个VPN连接的问题？
