Windows Server 2016物理磁盘性能计数器本地可用但远程无法访问的排查求助

我遇到了一个棘手的问题：Windows Server 2016的物理磁盘性能计数器在本地服务器上完全正常，能正常显示和使用，但远程访问时却根本找不到相关的计数器。

具体情况如下：

• 在目标服务器本地打开性能监视器，物理磁盘相关的计数器选项正常显示；但在客户端的性能监视器里，远程连接这台服务器时，物理磁盘的选项直接消失了。
• 用PowerShell测试也是一样：本地执行Get-Counter -ListSet physicaldisk能成功返回对应的计数器集，但远程执行Get-Counter -ListSet physicaldisk -ComputerName mycomputer时直接报错，报错内容如下：

Get-Counter : Cannot find any performance counter sets on the mycomputer computer that match the following: physicaldisk.

我已经试过网上能找到的各种建议了：检查相关注册表项、执行lodctr /r重建计数器、重启性能计数器相关的服务，但所有方法都没起作用。现在实在没头绪了，特别提醒：请不要建议重启服务器，我希望能在不重启的前提下解决这个问题。
