1. 强制清理残留进程与缓存 #

• 打开PyCharm的File菜单，选择Invalidate Caches...，勾选Clear file system cache and local history后点击Invalidate and Restart，重启PyCharm。
• 若重启后问题仍存在，打开系统任务管理器（Windows按Ctrl+Shift+Esc，Mac按Command+Option+Esc），结束所有与python.exe、pycharm.exe（或jetbrains-toolbox.exe）相关的进程，再重新启动PyCharm。
