IDEAFilter R包在Shiny响应式表达式中无法正常工作的问题排查

我尝试用Shiny的fileInput()上传CSV文件，借助IDEAFilter包过滤数据并展示结果，但发现无法在响应式表达式中正常使用该包。直接使用本地数据时功能正常，但处理上传的响应式数据就失效了。

问题原因 #

IDEAFilter是基于Shiny模块实现的工具，服务器端的IDEAFilter()函数不能直接放在reactive表达式中重复调用。模块需要在server函数中初始化一次，并监听响应式数据的变化，而非每次数据更新都重新创建模块实例。

解决方案 #

1. 将上传、校验、读取CSV的逻辑封装为独立的reactive对象，避免代码重复
2. 在server函数中直接初始化IDEAFilter模块，传入这个响应式数据对象
3. 直接使用模块返回的响应式结果展示过滤后的数据
