RHEL9虚拟机中使用Rscript访问NEXUS R代理仓库失败求助

1. 强制R使用curl作为下载工具 #

R默认可能采用internal或wget等下载后端，而你的curl已能正常访问仓库，优先强制R复用curl环境：

/usr/bin/Rscript --slave --no-save --no-restore-history -e 'options(download.file.method = "curl"); install.packages("A3", lib="<PATH_TO_USER_LIB>", repos="https://<NEXUS_HOST>/repository/r-proxy")'

2. 指定系统证书路径（私有CA/自签证书场景） #

RHEL9系统证书默认存储在/etc/pki/tls/certs/ca-bundle.crt，若Nexus使用私有CA签发的证书，需让R明确加载该证书库：

/usr/bin/Rscript --slave --no-save --no-restore-history -e 'options(ssl.ca.path = "/etc/pki/tls/certs/ca-bundle.crt"); options(download.file.method = "curl"); install.packages("A3", lib="<PATH_TO_USER_LIB>", repos="https://<NEXUS_HOST>/repository/r-proxy")'

如果是单独的自签证书文件，将路径替换为证书文件的绝对路径即可。

3. 修正仓库地址格式 #

跳过R自动拼接路径的逻辑，直接指向包索引的完整路径：

/usr/bin/Rscript --slave --no-save --no-restore-history -e 'options(download.file.method = "curl"); install.packages("A3", lib="<PATH_TO_USER_LIB>", repos="https://<NEXUS_HOST>/repository/r-proxy/src/contrib")'

4. 临时调试验证（生产环境禁用） #

若以上步骤无效，临时关闭证书验证确认是否为证书信任问题：

/usr/bin/Rscript --slave --no-save --no-restore-history -e 'options(download.file.method = "curl"); options(download.file.extra = "--insecure"); install.packages("A3", lib="<PATH_TO_USER_LIB>", repos="https://<NEXUS_HOST>/repository/r-proxy")'

如果此命令成功，说明核心问题是证书信任，回到步骤2配置合法的证书路径。

5. 先验证索引文件可访问性 #

单独测试R能否读取PACKAGES索引文件，定位问题根源：

/usr/bin/Rscript --slave --no-save --no-restore-history -e 'options(ssl.ca.path = "/etc/pki/tls/certs/ca-bundle.crt"); options(download.file.method = "curl"); print(url.exists("https://<NEXUS_HOST>/repository/r-proxy/src/contrib/PACKAGES"))'

返回TRUE说明索引可访问，再尝试安装；返回FALSE则继续排查证书或网络策略。
