如何在ggplot时间序列柱状图中固定柱宽（不转因子轴）

问题根源在于连续型时间x轴下，position = 'dodge'会自动根据每个x位置的柱子数量调整宽度。要在保留时间序列x轴类型的前提下固定柱宽，只需手动指定position_dodge的宽度参数，配合geom_bar的宽度设置即可：

• position_dodge(width = 0.6)：控制同一x位置下柱子的间距，同时强制所有柱子保持相同宽度——即使某个x位置只有单根柱子，宽度也会和多柱子的x位置对齐。这里的数值要略大于geom_bar的width，避免柱子重叠。
• geom_bar(width = 0.5)：直接固定每根柱子本身的宽度，不受x位置柱子数量影响。
