问题根源 #

1. buildscript块执行时机：buildscript是Gradle脚本中最早执行的部分之一，此时外部定义的pluginVersion变量不在buildscript块的作用域内，导致无法引用。
2. taskGraph回调时机太晚：gradle.taskGraph.whenReady在配置阶段结束后才触发，而buildscript的类路径配置在配置阶段初期就已完成，此时修改pluginVersion对类路径配置完全无效。
3. extra属性使用错误：若要在buildscript中使用extra属性，必须提前在project.ext中定义，但受限于执行时机，后续设置的extra属性无法被buildscript读取。
