MAUI自定义IconPicker控件FontImageSource主题切换不更新问题

问题根源 #

当FontImageSource的Color通过AppThemeBinding动态切换主题时，其内部属性变更不会自动触发父控件IconPicker的Source属性的OnPropertyChanged事件，导致自定义PickerHandler的MapSource方法未执行，图标无法重绘。原生Image控件内部已处理此逻辑，但自定义控件需手动实现。

修复步骤 #

1. 修正Source可绑定属性的定义

移除属性setter内的事件监听（MAUI绑定系统可能绕过setter直接调用SetValue），改用BindableProperty的propertyChanged回调来处理ImageSource的事件监听与解绑：
