Markdown Formatting Rules
- Headings: Use number signs (
#). The count of#defines the heading hierarchy (e.g.,# Level 1 Heading,## Level 2 Heading). - List Items: Start each item with a dash (
-). Indent nested list items to create sublists. - Emphasized Text: Wrap text with asterisks (
*):- Single asterisks for italicized text
- Double asterisks for bolded text
- Code/Commands: Surround content with backticks (
`). For multi-line code blocks, use three consecutive backticks (```) at the start and end of the block. - Quoted Text: Prefix lines with greater than signs (
>). Add extra>for nested quotes. - Links: Format as
[Display Text](URL), where the display text is wrapped in square brackets and the URL follows in parentheses. - Images: Format as
[Alt Text](Image URL), with alt text in square brackets and the image URL in parentheses.
