如何修改Batch脚本实现任务进度百分比显示？

原需求：把1.txt和2.txt的每一行两两拼接，结果写入3.txt，同时按百分比输出处理进度（比如4% progress、8% progress直到100% progress）。

原实现命令：

用户尝试的脚本有三个核心问题：

• 外层循环用> "3.txt"清空文件，内层又用>> "3.txt"追加写入，文件打开方式冲突，导致输出内容混乱
• 每处理一行就输出一次进度，相同百分比会重复刷屏，体验极差
• 没有做进度去重，冗余输出太多

关键改动说明 #

1. 单独清空输出文件，避免内外层重定向冲突
2. 新增lastPercent变量，只在百分比增长时才输出进度，解决刷屏问题
