方案1：手动修复源码包并安装 #

1. 下载DBI 1.646源码到本地：

3. 修复Makefile路径问题（若脚本存在但路径错误）：
   打开生成的Makefile，找到第416行附近的lib\DBI\Changes.pm目标，将命令perl changes2pm.pl修改为脚本的完整路径（比如脚本在scripts目录下则改为perl scripts/changes2pm.pl）。
4. 手动执行编译安装：
   依次运行：

   gmake
   gmake test
   gmake install
   

方案2：安装兼容的旧版本DBI #

执行命令安装你之前成功过的版本（以1.645为例）：

cpan DBI@1.645

关于旧版本兼容性：绝大多数DBD数据库驱动对DBI旧版本兼容良好，只要不使用DBI 1.646的新增特性，不会引发其他问题。后续若安装DBD驱动出现兼容性报错，再针对性调整即可。

方案3：用cpanm尝试安装 #

Strawberry Perl默认自带cpanm，执行：

cpanm DBI

cpanm的依赖处理和源码下载逻辑与cpan不同，可能绕过当前文件缺失问题。
