升级Microsoft.Extensions.Configuration.Binder至9.0后MSBuild构建错误修复咨询

问题背景 #

升级Microsoft.Extensions.Configuration.Binder到9.0.1版本后，构建服务器出现如下MSBuild错误：

Method '[MSBuild]::IsTargetFrameworkCompatible' not found. Static method invocation should be of the form: $([FullTypeName]::Method()), e.g. $([System.IO.Path]::Combine(`a`, `b`)). Check that all parameters are defined, are of the correct type, and are specified in the right order.

本地通过命令行、Visual Studio构建正常，报错的两个项目均为.NET Framework 4.8项目，且未直接引用该包。

修复方案（除降级外） #

1. 升级构建环境的MSBuild版本 #

错误根源是[MSBuild]::IsTargetFrameworkCompatible方法仅在MSBuild 16.8及以上版本（对应Visual Studio 2019 16.8+）中存在，当前构建服务器使用的MSBuild版本过低。

• 若使用Azure DevOps等CI/CD平台，切换到包含高版本MSBuild的托管代理镜像，比如windows-2019或更新版本；
• 自行维护的构建服务器，安装Visual Studio 2019 16.8及以上版本，或单独更新MSBuild至对应版本。

2. 排除传递依赖的buildTransitive资产 #

在.NET Framework 4.8项目的.csproj文件中添加配置，阻止间接依赖引入该包的targets文件：

3. 手动兼容低版本MSBuild（备选） #

若无法升级MSBuild，可在项目中自定义兼容方法替代IsTargetFrameworkCompatible：
在项目的.csproj文件中添加以下代码，覆盖原targets中的逻辑：

此方法需自行维护版本兼容逻辑，仅作为前两种方案不可行时的备选。
