升级Maven至3.9.9后构建Jar失败：无法加载主类mic.App

我使用Maven 3.9.9配合下述依赖构建合并Jar包，此前用Maven 3.8.8版本构建的Jar包能正常运行，但升级到3.9.9后，新生成的Jar包运行时报错：Could not find or load main class mic.App。当前开发环境为Java 8。

我尝试过升级slf4j-simple、slf4j-api、protobuf-java和jackson-core依赖，但问题仍未解决。
