Windows批处理for循环中十进制值求和问题排查

我尝试用批处理读取逗号分隔的CSV文件，对每条记录的第4个字段值求和，使用的代码如下：

测试用CSV包含4条记录，第4个字段值分别为187.55、109.48、612.82、1028.81，预期总和为1,938.66，但运行后遇到三个问题：

• 第一条记录被跳过，原因不明；
• 求和失败，Set /A htot=+%%e行出现Missing operator.错误；
• 虽然报错，但htot变量会被填充为上一次读取的值的整数部分。

运行批处理的输出如下：

问题原因分析 #

1. 第一条记录被跳过：ProcessFile标签开头的set /P line=会读取文件第一行，但未做处理就进入nextLine读取下一行，导致第一行直接丢弃。
2. Missing operator错误：批处理的set /A仅支持整数运算，无法识别带小数点的浮点数，会将.判定为缺失运算符；同时set /A htot=+%%e语法错误，正确累加写法应为set /A htot+=%%e，但浮点数本身仍会触发错误。
3. htot保留上一次整数部分：set /A遇到浮点数时会自动截取小数点前的整数部分，再加上你使用了%htot%即时变量展开而非!htot!延迟展开，导致输出的是之前运算的残留值。

修正后的代码 #

由于批处理原生不支持浮点数运算，我们借助PowerShell来处理小数求和，同时修复行读取逻辑：
