WooCommerce装箱单自定义字段显示问题：仅当字段有值时显示区块

要让delivery-date区块仅在gift_message字段有内容时显示，只需修改最后一段输出装箱单的函数，添加对gift_message内容的判断逻辑：

• 用trim()去除gift_message首尾空格，避免仅输入空格时误显示空区块
• 添加!empty($gift_message)判断，只有内容非空时才渲染整个delivery-date容器
• 输出内容时复用wpautop()和esc_html()，和后台显示逻辑保持一致，保证格式规范与内容安全
