EAS Build构建Android应用时遇元数据上传失败及权限问题

执行eas build -p android、eas build --platform android --profile preview或eas build --profile preview命令构建Android应用时，出现警告“Failed to upload metadata to EAS Build”，原因是“Request failed: 400 (Bad Request)”。此前构建流程正常，从昨日起持续报错，同时项目压缩包大小从之前的3-5MB骤增至100MB以上，新建Expo项目构建也出现相同错误。
