关于注册表修改的疑问 #

只修改HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Cursors下的键值不够。单纯改注册表后，系统不会自动识别并加载新的光标方案，必须额外通知系统刷新设置才能生效。

具体要做这两步：

• 修改HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Cursors下的各个光标项（如Arrow、Help、AppStarting等），将其值设为目标方案对应的光标文件路径（比如Standard (large)对应的是%SystemRoot%\cursors\arrow_l.cur这类路径）。
• 设置该路径下的SchemeName键值为目标方案的名称（比如Standard (large)）。

修改完注册表后，必须调用SystemParametersInfo函数，传入SPI_SETCURSORS参数，强制系统重新加载光标设置，否则修改不会生效。

为什么ChangeCursor()无效 #

ChangeCursor()函数的作用是设置当前窗口的光标，属于窗口级别的局部设置，根本无法修改系统全局的鼠标方案。它只能改变单个窗口内的光标显示，对整个系统的鼠标方案没有影响。
