如何用Lua过滤器定位Pandoc脚注引用编号？

我已经能用以下Lua过滤器给Pandoc生成的脚注文本应用自定义样式：

function Note(el)
    return pandoc.Div(el.content, {['custom-style'] = 'Footnote Text'})
end

但现在需要给正文中的脚注引用编号和脚注区的对应编号都应用自定义样式，不清楚应该定位哪个Pandoc元素。我预想的代码框架如下：

function WhatIsTheElement(el)
    return pandoc.Span(el.content, {['custom-style'] = 'Footnote Reference'})
end

查阅Pandoc Lua过滤器官方文档后仍未找到答案，特此求助。
