ggplot2分组条形数量不同时的误差棒对齐问题

问题核心 #

• 部分岛屿仅对应1个分组条形，其余岛屿对应2个分组条形
• 使用position_dodge2(width = 0.7, preserve = "single")调整条形宽度后，误差棒出现偏移，即使给geom_errorbar配置相同参数仍未解决
• 要求所有岛屿在横轴上的间距保持一致

解决方案 #

1. 统一分组与位置参数：确保geom_bar和geom_errorbar共享完全一致的position_dodge2配置，同时显式指定分组映射（fill或group），避免误差棒因分组识别错误偏移
2. 匹配宽度参数：调整geom_bar的width与position_dodge2的width，让分组条形之间留有合理空隙，同时保证单条形岛屿的条形居中
3. 利用因子横轴特性：Island作为因子变量时，ggplot2默认会保持类别间的横轴间距一致，无需额外调整，只需确保position_dodge2的preserve = "single"生效，保证不同分组数量的岛屿条形组宽度统一
