WiX v4安装器：属性传递RTF内容时ScrollableText为空

问题核心 #

直接通过属性传递RTF格式的EULA内容到ScrollableText控件时，会出现显示为空的情况。原因在于：

• Windows Installer属性默认有长度限制（通常约255字符），RTF内容往往远超这个阈值，导致内容被截断丢失。
• ScrollableText控件使用[PROPERTY]引用属性时，不会自动解析RTF格式，而直接用!(loc...)是WiX编译阶段就将RTF内容嵌入控件，能正确识别格式。

可行解决方案 #

方案一：用CustomAction动态加载本地化RTF到属性

编写C#自定义动作，在对话框初始化前读取对应区域的RTF文件，将内容赋值给目标属性：

跳过属性中转，直接为各区域定义RTF文件，通过WiX本地化机制关联到控件：

1. 在各语言的.wxl文件中定义RTF路径：
