Windows平台下MATLAB的命令行输出默认不会直接映射到标准输出(stdout),而macOS中MATLAB的命令行输出会直接流向stdout,这就是两边行为差异的核心原因。
解决方案1:通过临时日志文件捕获输出
这是最可靠的方法,强制MATLAB把所有输出写入临时文件,再由R读取文件内容:

- 确认MATLAB的
bin\win64目录(如C:\Program Files\MATLAB\R2023a\bin\win64)已添加到系统PATH的最前端,避免其他程序干扰命令执行。 - 若使用Chocolatey安装的工具,确认
