Debian 12系统中IPv6隐私扩展无法持久禁用的问题求助

各位好，我刚完成Debian 12的全新安装，现在遇到了一个头疼的问题：我想禁用IPv6的隐私扩展，但每次重启系统后，相关配置都会被自动改写回去。

我已经按照正确的方式修改了/etc/sysctl.conf，修改后执行/sbin/sysctl -a | grep use_tempaddr，得到的结果是符合预期的：

net.ipv6.conf.all.use_tempaddr = 0
net.ipv6.conf.default.use_tempaddr = 0
net.ipv6.conf.enp5s0.use_tempaddr = 0
net.ipv6.conf.lo.use_tempaddr = -1
net.ipv6.conf.wlo1.use_tempaddr = 0

但重启系统之后，再执行同样的命令，就回到了初始配置，其中enp5s0的设置又变回了2：

net.ipv6.conf.all.use_tempaddr = 0
net.ipv6.conf.default.use_tempaddr = 0
net.ipv6.conf.enp5s0.use_tempaddr = 2
net.ipv6.conf.lo.use_tempaddr = -1
net.ipv6.conf.wlo1.use_tempaddr = 0

我看到有资料提到NetworkManager可能会干扰这个设置，于是尝试禁用了ipv6.ip6-privacy，但这个设置重启后能保持住，却没解决我的问题。

有没有大佬知道到底是什么程序在改写我的sysctl配置呀？
