WD My Passport 4TB移动硬盘无法写入文件的问题求助

我有一块WD My Passport 4TB的移动硬盘，最近遇到了麻烦：往这块硬盘里复制任何文件时，都会弹出错误提示：“Cant read from the source file or disk”（无法读取源文件或磁盘），但反过来从硬盘里复制文件到我的笔记本电脑是完全正常的。而且硬盘应该没有被写保护：

• 我可以正常把其他希捷硬盘和TranscendU盘里的文件复制到笔记本上，所以问题应该出在这块WD硬盘本身，不是笔记本的问题。
• 我尝试对WD硬盘运行chkdsk命令来检测修复，但它跑了太久我实在等不及就终止了，以下是当时的输出内容：

我这里有WD官方工具的截图（注：原提问中未附上截图内容），另外我尝试从Ubuntu系统往这块硬盘复制文件也同样失败了。
