dotnet publish发布ClickOnce项目报错：需用.NET Framework版MSBuild

问题重现 #

我创建了一个极简WPF项目用于测试ClickOnce，项目配置如下：

通过Visual Studio 2022 GUI向导生成ClickOnceProfile.pubxml，右键项目选“发布”可正常完成，但执行CLI命令：

dotnet publish -p:PublishProfile=ClickOnceProfile

时触发错误：

Error MSB4803: The task "GenerateBootstrapper" is not supported on the .NET Core version of MSBuild. Please use the .NET Framework version of MSBuild.

已尝试在项目文件中添加<UseMSBuildRuntime>Framework</UseMSBuildRuntime>，但错误未解决。

解决方案 #

1. 直接调用.NET Framework版MSBuild #

dotnet publish默认使用.NET Core版MSBuild，而ClickOnce的GenerateBootstrapper任务仅支持.NET Framework版MSBuild。你可以直接调用Visual Studio安装目录中的MSBuild.exe执行发布：

# 替换为你的VS安装路径，比如Community/Professional/Enterprise
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Visual Studio\2022\Community\MSBuild\Current\Bin\MSBuild.exe" /t:Publish /p:PublishProfile=ClickOnceProfile

更简便的方式是打开Visual Studio Developer Command Prompt 2022，此时环境变量已配置好MSBuild路径，直接执行：

MSBuild.exe /t:Publish /p:PublishProfile=ClickOnceProfile

2. 通过命令行强制指定MSBuild运行时 #

如果仍想使用dotnet publish，可在命令行直接传递参数覆盖项目配置（优先级高于项目文件中的设置）：

dotnet publish -p:PublishProfile=ClickOnceProfile -p:UseMSBuildRuntime=Framework

注意：确保你的Visual Studio已安装.NET Framework版MSBuild组件，若仍报错，检查VS安装时是否勾选了“.NET Desktop Build Tools”工作负载。

3. 检查项目文件中属性的位置 #

若坚持在项目文件中配置，确保<UseMSBuildRuntime>Framework</UseMSBuildRuntime>位于正确的<PropertyGroup>节点中，比如放在默认的PropertyGroup内：
