• Extreme margin value: That android:layout_marginLeft="450dp" on the TextView is way too large—on most devices, this would push the view way outside the screen bounds, which could trigger a layout measurement failure leading to inflation errors.
• Overly nested LinearLayouts: The layout has tons of unnecessary nested horizontal LinearLayouts (each ImageView is wrapped in its own). Too much nesting can cause hidden inflation issues and hurt performance. Simplifying with a GridLayout or ConstraintLayout might help.
• Truncated error details: The error says "Error inflating class occurred" but doesn't specify which class—checking the full logcat stack trace would reveal the actual root cause (like a FileNotFoundException for a drawable).

Here are some troubleshooting steps I'm planning to test:

1. Validate all mipmap files: Make sure every v1 to v8 exists in all mipmap density folders, and try replacing one with a default drawable (like @mipmap/ic_launcher) to see if the error goes away.
2. Remove the huge margin: Temporarily delete the android:layout_marginLeft="450dp" line from the TextView and test if the layout inflates correctly.
3. Simplify the layout: Get rid of extra nested LinearLayouts—set layout_weight, layout_margin directly on the ImageViews inside the parent horizontal LinearLayouts to flatten the hierarchy.
4. Check full logcat: Look for the complete stack trace; it will point directly to what's causing the inflation failure.
