添加自定义ASCII LAS Section问题：新增内容无法写入输出文件

问题核心：lasio默认只写入LAS规范定义的标准Section，你新增的NEW_SECTION不在默认写入列表中，因此调用write()时不会被输出到文件，即便它能在l.header中被查看。
