遇到的问题 #

• 触发下载时，Quarto无法找到src/pdf_file.qmd文件
• 单独运行normalizePath("src/pdf_file.qmd", mustWork = TRUE)能返回正确绝对路径，但在Shiny环境中Quarto仍报错
• 报错信息：

Warning: Error in normalizePath: path[1]="src/pdf_file.qmd": The system cannot find the specified path

已尝试的方案 #

• 确认pdf_file.qmd存在于src/目录
• 在quarto_render()中直接使用绝对路径
• 非Shiny环境下手动运行quarto::quarto_render("src/pdf_file.qmd")可正常生成报告
• 验证quarto::quarto_path()配置正确

解决方案 #

1. 解决路径定位问题：使用here包规避工作目录差异 #

Shiny运行Quarto Flexdashboard时，工作目录可能并非main.qmd所在的项目根目录，导致相对路径失效。使用here包可以基于项目结构自动定位文件，不受工作目录影响：

首先安装并加载here包：

install.packages("here")
library(here)

修改downloadHandler中文件路径的获取逻辑：

quarto_file <- here("src", "pdf_file.qmd")

2. 确认外部Quarto报告的参数定义 #

确保pdf_file.qmd的YAML头中已声明所有接收的参数，否则无法正确接收execute_params传递的值：
