Azure DevOps Pipeline两次DotNetCLI restore任务配置不生效问题

• DotNetCoreCLI@2执行restore时，可能会将指定的nugetConfigPath合并到项目目录下的nuget.config中，而非完全替换原有配置；

方案1：显式指定restore参数，强制使用目标配置 #
