Windows 10 Pro下C盘系统镜像备份失败的原因排查及解决方案咨询

我一直通过创建C盘系统镜像来定期备份电脑，操作路径是Control Panel\System and Security\Backup and Restore，点击“Create a system image”链接。之前在Windows 7下一切正常，但升级到Windows 10 Pro后，这个功能就失效了。

具体故障流程：

• 点击“Create a system image”链接，选择外部硬盘作为备份目标，点击“Next”
• 系统默认选中C盘、系统保留分区和Windows恢复环境分区，我不需要额外选择其他分区，直接点击“Start backup”
• 备份进程刚启动就失败，弹出提示：

There is not enough disk space to create the volume shadow copy on the storage location. Make sure that, for all volumes to be backed up, the minimum required disk space for shadow copy creation is available. This applies to both the backup storage destination and volumes included in the backup. Minimum requirement: For volumes more than 500 megabytes, the minimum is 50 megabytes of free space. For volumes more than 500 megabytes, the minimum is 320 megabytes of free space. Recommended: At least 1 gigabyte of free disk space on each volume if volume size is more than 1 gigabyte. 我本来以为是磁盘空间不足，但我的C盘大小是930GB，作为备份目标的外部硬盘总容量1.81TB，剩余可用空间有1.57TB，显然不存在空间不足的问题。我使用Windows自带的Backup and Restore工具已经多年，从未遇到过问题。
