Azure DPS现有注册更新失败（报错409201）：Python SDK问题？

2. 将模型实例当作字典处理
   通过device_provisioning_client.enrollment.get(device_id)获取到的是IndividualEnrollment模型实例，而非普通字典。使用enrollment.update(...)无法正确修改模型的属性，还会丢失原有注册项的eTag（更新操作必须携带eTag以避免并发冲突）。

3. 冗余的客户端实例化
   函数参数已传入device_provisioning_client，但内部又重新创建了一个新的客户端实例，这不仅多余，还可能导致上下文不一致。

4. 属性命名格式错误
   SDK模型使用蛇形命名（如registration_id），但你在更新字典中使用了驼峰命名（如registrationId），导致属性无法正确映射。
