Python OpenOPC生成的.exe启动报错：Dispatch无效类字符串

之前用32位Python 3.13.2开发了可连接MatrikonOPC仿真服务器并写入标签值的Python程序，通过PyInstaller打包为.exe后运行正常。今日修改程序后重新打包，运行时抛出如下错误：

已尝试的排查操作：

• 更换为32位Python 3.6.8并重装MatrikonOPC仿真服务器，问题未解决
• 将Python 3.13.2移至环境变量Path顶部，无效果
• 旧版本的.exe仍可正常运行
