Windows 11下npm run dev及npm install报错求助

问题情况 #

在Windows 11系统中运行npm run dev时出现异常，删除node_modules并重新执行npm install后仍报错，涉及两类错误：

1. 清理目录时触发EPERM权限错误，无法删除eslint/lib/languages文件夹
2. 出现ERR_INVALID_ARG_TYPE错误，提示"file"参数为undefined

解决步骤 #

• 以管理员身份运行终端：右键终端选择「以管理员身份运行」，再执行npm install，绕开权限限制
• 手动清理残留文件与缓存：
  1. 关闭所有可能占用项目文件的程序（如VS Code、其他终端窗口）
  2. 手动删除项目根目录下的node_modules文件夹
  3. 执行npm cache clean --force清空npm缓存
  4. 重新执行npm install
• 检查项目文件夹权限：右键my-chatbot文件夹 → 属性 → 安全选项卡 → 确保当前用户拥有「完全控制」权限
• 临时关闭杀毒软件：Windows Defender或第三方杀毒工具可能拦截npm的文件操作，关闭后重试安装
• 调整npm版本：执行npm install -g npm@latest升级到最新稳定版，或npm install -g npm@8切换到兼容性更好的版本
