VSCode+CMake多核编译问题：/p:CL_MPCount参数丢失前斜杠报错

方法1：用双引号包裹MSBuild参数 #

修改tasks.json中最后一个参数，通过转义双引号包裹/p:CL_MPCount=12，避免shell解析丢失斜杠：

无需在build阶段传递参数，改为在CMake配置时通过CMAKE_MSBUILD_FLAGS预设MSBuild参数：
